This is the Hubmsith R015R rear hub with a 5 speed freehub.
The Hubsmith freehubs have 3 pawls and 48 points of engagement (POE) for instantenous power transfer. In comparisoin, the factory 1/2 speed hub has 16 POE. Also, thanks to the stiffer pawl springs, the noise when freewheeling is much louder than stock.
