Change Order/ Cancellation
After an order has been placed, if you need to make any changes or to cancel, please email or call us as soon as possible, service@brommieplus.com. (+886-2-2721-6145).
If the order has already been dispatched, then the change order/cancellation will be handled as a return/refund.
Custom built wheel cannot be changed or cancelled once order has been processed, generally within 2 days after receiving the order.
Please note that due to PayPal policy updates, PayPal transaction fees (approximately 5%) are no longer refundable. As such, when issuing refunds, the transaction fees will be deducted from the original purchased amount.
