a). When you receive the wrong items
Please contact us as soon as you possible, if you receive the any items that were delivered in error. Please keep the items unused in their original packing and send them back pre-paid using a recorded and insured shipping method. We will credit you the return shipping charge as soon as we received and assess the items. We will replace the items without additional cost to you. If the returned item is not in the new condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the decrease in value.

b). When you receive an item that is defective
We inspect all items prior to delivery. However, should you believe any item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the circumstances and may ask you to send back the items postage pre-paid using a traceable and insured shipping method.  We will credit you the return shipping charge as soon as we received and assess the items. We will replace the defective items without additional cost to you.

c). When you received an item that was damaged in transit
Please contact us as soon as you receive the products that were damaged in transit. Please keep records of the delivery, the damaged packing, and the damaged products. We will initiate insurance claim and may ask the damaged products to be sent back pre-paid. As soon as we received and evaluate the product, we will credit you the return shipping charge. We will replace the damaged products without additional cost to you

d). When you would like to return an item for refund for reasons other than above
If you would like to return an item(*) for reasons other than a) to c) above, please send it back within 14 days of receipt, in original unused condition for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. We suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Once we assess the returned item, we will refund the total purchase price less the original shipping charge to the original credit card or PayPal account. If the returned item is not in the new condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the decrease in value.

(*)Please note custom built wheelsets are not refundable.
